As a manager of a Billing Service for over 28 years, I gained a vast knowledge in multiple areas. Our clients consisted of most areas of medical professionals, Anesthesia, ER, Oncology, Radiology, Pathology, Ambulance, Mental Health, Chiropractic, Optometry and Family Practice. These practices were located in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North and South Dakota. I oversaw a Coding Department, Billing Specialists, and AR Staff. I personally performed the credentialing process for all of our clients. Through the years we utilized several practice management systems and clearing houses. No matter what functions we performed, without the correct credentialing and maintenance for our clients, revenue for our clients would have been disrupted if not lost. As they say time is money. Our job is to get it right the first time!
